H.I.I.T Bootcamp
High Intensity Interval Training is fantastic for burning body-fat and increasing your conditioning. This class is hugely popular and is suitable for all fitness levels. We use a variety of circuit and interval based workouts. These workouts include rowing, biking and running as well as mix and match bodyweight, dumbell and kettlebells exercises.
Teens S & C Classes
Our Teen Strength and Conditioning classes are tailored for the teen
athlete and are a great alternative to team sports, however they can also
be used to increase performance for any given sport. In these classes we
gradually build a solid foundation of technique and strength.
CrossFit Kids Program
This program is designed for kids ages 6-12 and introduces them to age appropriate exercises with the aim of improving general fitness and strength as well as working on coordination, balance and agility. All this is wrapped up in a fun and active 40 minute class led by our qualified instructors.
L.I.F.T Low Intensity Fitness Training
This class is aimed at older adults(55+). Regular physical activity is one
of the most important things you can do for your health. It can help
prevent many of the health problems that seem to come with age. It
also helps your bones and muscles grow stronger so you can continue
to enjoy life to the fullest, and keep doing your day-to-day activities
without becoming dependant on others.
