“Since joining I have seen a massive improvement in my overall strength and fitness thanks to their well-planned and thought-out training blocks along with the quality of all the coaches and encouragement from an amazing community.
You often hear the phrase “CrossFit is a cult” well if a cult is a group of likeminded people supporting each other to better themselves and improve their fitness then sign me up!

Going into anything new can be daunting but I have to say the coaches and members are so welcoming it made for a very easy transition back into the gym fulltime for someone who was out of shape, low on confidence and to be honest embarrassed by my fitness levels.

10 months on and I think I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life, fitter and stronger than ever but more importantly proud of what I’ve achieved so far and looking forward to pushing even harder over the next few years.

Only complaint I’d have is I’ve lost enough weight now that I pretty much need a whole new wardrobe. 😊
Looking at CrossFit from the outside can look a bit scary with the mixture of lifting, gymnastics and general fitness but everything can be scaled back to suit each individual and you can progress up to the lift or movement at your own pace while still being challenged.

In short, the coaches are amazing, the community is second to none and the results speak for themselves, only regret is not starting sooner!”
