    Our group classes are the heart of CFG. Every class is coach-led, scalable to all levels, and programmed to build strength, fitness, and confidence over time.

  • Best for: Those who want extra coaching and accountability in a small-team setting

    Train in a group of up to four members with personalised coaching and a shared schedule. This option bridges the gap between 1:1 PT and group classes.

    Includes:

    • Fixed weekly training times

    • Individualised progress within a group format

    • Increased coaching attention

    • Supportive, motivating environment

  • Best for: Specific goals, injury management, confidence building, or accelerated progress

    One-to-one coaching tailored entirely to you. Your programme, schedule, and sessions are built around your goals and needs.

    Includes:

    • Fully individualised training plan

    • Flexible scheduling

    • Ongoing goal reviews and progress tracking

    • Ideal for beginners and experienced trainees alike

  • Best for: Members who want the energy of group classes with personalised coaching support

    Our Hybrid Membership combines regular group class training with dedicated one-to-one coaching sessions. This option is ideal if you want extra accountability, skill development, or support around specific goals while still training within the CFG community.

    How it works:

    • Attend group classes each week for structured, coach-led training

    • Add scheduled 1:1 personal training sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

    • Use 1:1 sessions to focus on technique, strength progressions, conditioning strategies, or return-to-training support

    Includes:

    • Group class membership (2x, 3x, or Unlimited options)

    • Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

    • Individual goal setting and progress reviews

    • Programming guidance beyond class workouts

    Ideal if you:

    • Want faster or more targeted progress

    • Benefit from extra accountability

    • Are balancing training with injury history, pregnancy/postnatal return, or performance goals
