Train in a group of up to four members with personalised coaching and a shared schedule. This option bridges the gap between 1:1 PT and group classes.

Our Hybrid Membership combines regular group class training with dedicated one-to-one coaching sessions. This option is ideal if you want extra accountability, skill development, or support around specific goals while still training within the CFG community.
How it works:
Attend group classes each week for structured, coach-led training
Add scheduled 1:1 personal training sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Use 1:1 sessions to focus on technique, strength progressions, conditioning strategies, or return-to-training support

Group class membership (2x, 3x, or Unlimited options)
Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
Individual goal setting and progress reviews
Programming guidance beyond class workouts
